At Brets English Campus, we strive to provide high-quality educational services and transparent payment processes. This policy outlines the terms under which cancellations are accepted and refunds are processed.
The scholarship exam is now the ANOQR Scholarship Exam, run by ANOQR in association with Brets Pvt Ltd, and its fee is collected by ANOQR at anoqr.com/scholarship. Refunds for it follow ANOQR's refund policy.
For standard spoken English and IELTS courses, cancellation requests must be submitted within 7 days of the course start date. Refunds for course cancellations are evaluated on a case-by-case basis and may be subject to administrative deductions or pro-rata charges for classes already attended.
To request a cancellation or refund, please send an email to info@bretsenglish.com with your transaction details, receipt, and reason for cancellation. Our team will review your request and respond within 3-5 business days.
Approved refunds will be processed within 5 to 7 business days. The credited amount will be sent back to the original method of payment (e.g., bank account, credit card, or UPI) used during the transaction. Bank delays may apply depending on the payment gateway and your financial institution.
